BanterAI, a site where you can chat with famous "AI"

A website called "BanterAI" that enables conversations with celebrity AIs like Elon Musk and Steve Jobs went live on April 6.

When you select a celebrity to talk to and click, the phone rings and the celebrity AI is connected. These celebrity AIs use synthesized speech and ask questions in English.

Famous personalities such as Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Billie Eilish, etc. are available on this website. Also includes the late Steve Jobs and the character General Raiden from the game "Original God".

Need to be a registered member to use

Free members can only choose some AIs, and the session time and times are limited. If you sign up for a paid membership of $5 per month, you can have unlimited conversations with more than 50 celebrity AIs. The provider calls itself BANTERAI, but doesn't say what company it is. If you want to register as a member, please consider it yourself.

The service outline states, "BANTERAI is a unique and innovative website that provides users with the opportunity to engage in voice conversations with celebrity clones. Discussions with celebrity clones about work and private life, current affairs issues, and perspectives on social issues. The clones are Designed to mimic the voices and mannerisms of actual people for an immersive experience."

On Twitter, some users posted comments after using it, such as "It's terrible, it's creepy to be true", "Elon's pressure is too much" and so on.
