The intelligence level of Turbo3.5 is relatively low, and Prompt is very difficult to adjust.
GPT4 has good quality, but is too slow and expensive
Turbo3.5-Instruct is to replace Davinci, but the quality is not as good as Davinci

This time GPT4-Turbo has achieved a good balance. The quality is better than Turbo3.5, the speed is just as fast, and the price is much cheaper than GPT4. I am very optimistic about this model.
